TIMESPARED terms and conditions of use of website (the "Terms and Conditions")
Welcome to the Timespared website (the "Site"). If you continue to browse and use this Site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions incorporate the Privacy Policy. This document governs your use of the Site in general.
1. The Site
This website is operated by or on behalf of Truserve Limited a company registered in England and Wales with registered address at 8 Millhedge Close, Cobham, Surrey, company registration number 5237434. Any reference to 'you' refers to you, the user of the Site. Any reference to 'Timespared' or 'Truserve' refers to us, Truserve Limited.

Except as otherwise indicated, this Site, and all text, images, marks, logos and other content on the site ("Content") are owned by or exclusively licensed to Truserve and all rights are reserved. All copyright in the Content on the Site is owned by Truserve.
Nothing contained on the Site may be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or other right to use any mark, logo and other content without the prior written permission of Truserve.
You agree not to reproduce, change, edit, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, adapt or exploit any portion of the Site or the Content without the prior written permission of Truserve. However, if you are a Registered User you may take from the Site and 'save as your own' any 'Checklist'. You may then change, add and delete items on the 'Checklist' and any such changes will be User Content which is subject to clauses 6 and 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Your Account
By registering for an Account on this Site, you become a Registered User.
In order to register for an Account, you must be aged 18 years or older. If you register for an Account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to agree to use this Site in accordance with all of these Terms and Conditions.
You must provide your full legal name, a valid postal address, an email address and any other information requested in order to complete the sign-up process. We will treat all information that you provide to Timespared in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when registering for an Account.
3. Security
Following registration for an Account, your account details (including a user name and a password) will be sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and your password and you agree to be responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. If your password becomes known to anyone else and they then use the Site, such use will be treated as use by you.
4. Use of the Site by You
Timespared grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site, subject to you agreeing to comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions.
Timespared authorises you to view, download and print the Content subject to the following conditions: (i) you may only do so for your own personal and non-commercial use; (ii) you may not modify the Content; (iii) you may not remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that have been placed in the Content by Timespared; (iv) you may not reproduce, prepare derivative works from, distribute or display Content, except as provided herein. Except as expressly permitted above, copying, transmission, reproduction, republication, posting or redistribution of the Content or any portion of it is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Timespared. You represent and warrant that your use of the Site will be consistent with this license and will not infringe or violate the rights of any other party or breach any contract or legal duty to any other parties, or violate any applicable law. You expressly agree to indemnify Timespared against any liability to any person arising out of your use of Site not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Users of the Site will not incur any charges for using the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Where Timespared provides details of charges on the Site, such information is provided for convenience and information purposes only. Timespared in no way guarantees that such information is correct.
You acknowledge that the Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis and that Timespared will not provide you with any hardware or software to enable you to use the Site.
You agree to use the Site entirely at your own risk.
In particular, Timespared gives no guarantee or warranty that (i) the Site will meet your specific requirements; (ii) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the Site will be corrected.
You acknowledge that the information and Content on the Site may contain inaccuracies or errors and Timespared expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Links to other sites
The Site contains links to third-party websites which are operated and owned by independent service providers or retailers. Such third-parties may charge a fee for use of certain content or services provided on the website. The linked sites are not under the control of Timespared. Timespared provides these links as a convenience, and a link does not imply endorsement of, sponsorship of or affiliation with the linked site by Timespared. Timespared is not in any way responsible for content and services provided on third party websites.
6. Content, use of bulletin boards, chat-rooms and other communications forums
The Site may contain and allow its users to submit material and/or post reviews of their experiences, as well as general postings of messages and other communications in chat rooms, bulletin boards or other forums ("User Content"). If Timespared provides such services, you expressly agree to use such services only to send User Content that is appropriate to the topic of the particular forum.
Timespared does not pre-screen User Content, but Timespared (and its designees) have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any User Content that is available via the Site.
Timespared may - but is not obliged to - remove any User Content that is determined, in the sole discretion of Timespared, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or which breaches these Terms and Conditions or which violates any third party's intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that Timespared is not responsible for any information or data posted by you or other users on the Site. You are responsible for all User Content posted by you, including any User Content that is posted by another person using your access to the Site.
Timespared reserves the right to disclose any information (including personal information) provided by you in order to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities with respect to any such User Content.
7. License granted by You
By posting or distributing User Content on the Site you expressly grant Timespared and its affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide licence to use, modify and/or re-publish such User Content without notice to you. Such User Content may then be freely used, copied, published, translated and distributed by Timespared in any medium and in any form including for advertising and promotional purposes by others without your permission. Timespared has the right to acknowledge you as the provider of the User Content, but is not obliged to do so.
You agree not to post or distribute any information or material the copyright of which is owned by any third party or which infringes the trade mark or any other intellectual property rights of any third party and you agree to indemnify Timespared from any claim arising out of or relating to your violation of this provision.
8. Modification of Site
Timespared reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you.
Timespared shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, or any change, suspension or discontinuance of the Site.
9. Suspension and Termination
Timespared in its sole discretion has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Site by you for any reason at any time. You acknowledge that termination of the Site by Timespared will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all User Content associated with your Account.
You must not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. If you do so, this will result in the immediate termination of your Account without prior notice to you. In particular, any verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) directed to any Timespared customer, employee, member or officer will result in the immediate termination of your Account. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Site or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Site, Timespared or any other Site operated by Timespared. You must not transmit any worms or viruses of any malicious or destructive code using any part of the Site.
10. Cancellation
If you no longer need an Account, you are solely responsible for cancelling it by e-mailing Support@Timespared.com with the e-mail titled 'Account Cancellation' and stating your user name within the body of the e-mail.
11. Indemnity by You
You irrevocably agree to indemnify Timespared and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to the use of the Site by you, including any liability or expense arising from all legal claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and legal fees of any kind and nature howsoever incurred by Timespared, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees.
In particular, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Timespared shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (regardless of whether Timespared has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Site; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Site; (iii) authorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Site; (v) termination of your Account; or (vi) any other matter otherwise relating to the Site.
12. General
If you have any complaints or objections to material or content on this Site, or if you believe that material or content posted on this Site infringes copyright owned by you, please contact Timespared immediately and Timespared will endeavour to remove such content.
The failure of Timespared to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, you agree that the invalid or unenforceable part may be deleted and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case a dispute should arise over their interpretation.
